WHY CHOOSE HARMONY INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE?
It is my belief that both Oriental and Bio-medicine have a valuable, and unique set of tools with which provide patients a road to good health. When a patient has the choice and opportunity to have a healthcare team comprised of experts in each field, they then have the best of both worlds of care–an integrative approach.
I have developed associations of understanding and coordination with the Western medical providers of our area and I receive regular referrals from neurologists, rheumatologists, endocrinologists, family practitioners, dermatologists, dentists, naturopaths, chiropractors and physical therapists as well as a broad assortment of massage therapists and other bodywork professionals.
I have never met another medical provider that did not wish the best care for their patient and was happy to learn of treatment that could relieve suffering when that provider’s own medicine had reached its limit of effectiveness. It is, I believe, my ability to explain Oriental medicine to the western medical community, reinforced by the effective outcomes in those patients that are referred to me, that has made these healthcare teams so successful.
